My values

I chose to be a photographer to be able to capture the beauty of people’s stories as well as out planet’s.

All love stories

I support all types of love, and in my eyes no couple is more normal than another. Regardless of who you love, and what family set up you have, you are welcome to get in touch. Therefore welcome to LGBTQ+, mono-parental families, second timers around, and also more “traditional” set-ups. I will be happy to document any type of love! Il va sans dire que toutes les origines et croyances sont aussi les bienvenues.

Wildlife

I was once part of the people that rode elephants in Thailand: at the time, very little was known about the fact that they were tortured to be domesticated, and about how they were treated away from tourists eyes. Same way that stroking a big cat in a “sanctuary” means that big cat was stolen from his mother at a young age and is being drugged so you can have your picture taken with it.

The main thing is not that we might have made a mistake, the main thing is to act accordingly once we know the truth. Since then I’ve been trying, on my own small level, to spread the word about this sort of treatment and lies.

It is therefore quite obvious that I don’t support zoos, hunting, or any “medical” use of wildlife.

Travels

Of course, I can’t be too proud of my carbon footprint, yet travelling for me is paramount: travelling teaches you to be tolerant, to get to know other cultures and opinions, and to meet people you wouldn’t have met in your own environment. It helps figuring out that our own education and way of seeing things in our countries is not the only truth. They also have you face problems and situations that you didn’t know about or had chosen to ignore. So I try and make up for the plane journeys by choosing the train whenever possible, and I also make other efforts like not eating meat, not driving and other little steps.

I’m always happy to talk about these subjects, and if you feel like we could get along then don’t hesitate to tell me more about your wedding project!
